Since Ivanka Trump took on her White House role in March, more than 90 percent of the companies that exported her goods over the past five months have not been publicly disclosed.

8 번 CAUSE TO APPEAR/HAPPEN/BECOME/DO | ~ sth of sb/sth | ~ sth sth (…을 …으로[…이 되게]) 만들다[하다/삼다]

라는 의미의 여러가지 예문이 나오는데 그중 몇개만 추려보면

(1) Don't make a habit of it. 그것에 버릇들이지 마.

(2) You've made a terrible mess of this job. 당신은 이 일을 완전 엉망으로 만들어 놓았군.

(3)We'll make a tennis player of you yet. 우리는 그래도 널 테니스 선수로 만들 것이다.

(4) I made painting the house my project for the summer. 나는 집에 페인트칠을 하는 것을 여름 사업[과제]으로 삼았다.

(1)(2)(3)예시문장에서 보면 Make A of B 는 B를 A로 만들다 

(4)와 뉴스 문장에서 보면  Make A B는 A를 B로 만들다 정도로 해석하면 자연스러운가보다.

* 네이버 영어사전에서 call out을 검색하니 기본적으로는 1. 크게 외치다 라는 의미가 있고 그외에 2. (도움을 요청하기위해) 크게 부르다/외치다./호출시키다 3.call out for…을 전화 주문하다; 몹시 필요로 하다 라는 의미와 4. 아파서 일하러 못간다고 전화한다 라는 의미 가 있었다. 이렇게 안찾아도 들으면 다 알아들을 수 있는 내용이기는 하다.
